Training

Swimming

Mon 8.30pm-10pm @ Cupar pool. £3.50.
Coached session during which the club has sole use of the pool. Usually structured as: warm up, drills, and a main set followed by a cool down. Swimmers train in lanes to allow those of a similar standard to train together. The fee is the same for members and newcomers.

Wed 8.30pm-10pm @ Cupar pool. £3.50.
Training session (uncoached). The club has the use of 3 lanes, swimmers again placed according to standard. A training structure is set out for the session as for Monday’s. This is a great opportunity to apply the techniques learned during the Monday session.

Running

Mon 7.15pm-8.15pm @ Cupar pool carpark. FREE.
Training session prior to the swim at 8.30pm.

Tues 6pm-7pm @ Bell Baxter High School (winter) / Cupar Wetlands (summer). FREE.
Coached session run by Fife Athletics Club to which members of the East Fife Triathlon Club are welcomed. Usually structured as: a warm-up run to a meeting point followed by interval training and a cool-down run back to the school. Runners meet in the school car park before heading out on the warm-up run.

Thurs 6pm-7pm @ University of St Andrews Sports Centre. FREE.
Coached session run by Fife Athletics Club structured similarly to Tuesday's session.

Cycling

Sat 10am-11.30am @ Tesco Carpark, Cupar. FREE.
Coached session run by the Fife Cycle Association (FCA) to which members of the East Fife Triathlon Club are welcomed. The ride is over a regular route of approximately 25 miles, with additional loops for more experienced riders with the aim that all riders will finish at roughly the same time, before taking a cool-down ride home.

Sun 9.30am-11.30am @ Tesco Carpark, Cupar. FREE.
Coached session run by FCA again over a regular route at a slightly slower pace, but longer distance than Saturday's ride.
