2008 Felt B2 TT bike for sale

Postby Scottu » Mon Dec 21, 2009 10:39 pm

Hi Guys,

I'm fed up taking stick for having so many bikes in my garage and decided to put my Felt B2 TT bike up for sale - i'm not sure how to go about it, ebay is too much of a risk, so i have decided to set the ball rolling here just in case there is anyone close to home who may like it.

I bought it in April 2008 and used it for training and racing for IMCH in 2008 and Roth in 2009 - It has been used between April and July both years, it has been very well looked after and is in excellent condition.

Its a size 56cm and I'll look out the full spec and add it to this post when i get a minute.

Price? - £1250 (it is without doubt the best bike I've ever riden - it even looks pretty good too)

Here is the full spec for the bike:

Felt B2 2008 Time Trial/Triathlon bike built around the Torayca ultra-high modulus M30S modular carbon fibre frame with 3K Twill Weave.
Top Features of the Felt B2 2008
Torayca ultra-high modulus M30S modular carbon fibre frame with 3K Twill Weave Bayonet UHC Ultra Blend Composite Modulus Modular Carbon Fibre Carbon Monoquce Design with 3KP Finish, Carbon Blades, Dropouts, Crown & 1" Steerer with FELT Compression Device.
Vision alloy base bar & Clip-on Aerobar w/carbon R Bend extensions 26.0mm. Felt 3.2 TRI Saddle with carbon Injected base, gel nose, waterproof leather cover and extended CRMO rails. New Felt TTR-2, Aluminum, 19mm Width, 40mm Sidewall Height, with Machined (CNC) Sidewalls, 20H Front/24H Rear

The frame features felts revolutionary Bayonet Steering System which moves the steerer outside of the frame, improving steering stiffness 60% over a regular fork, while significantly reducing the aerodynamic drag on the bike.

The aerodynamic advantage does not stop with the obvious innovations of the frame: The Bayonet Steering System integrates an adjustable stem, which with refined frame geometry and the new Felt 3.1 carbon fibre multi-position seat post, allows a comfortable, laid down, flat back riding position. Such a riding position can help you drop seconds on your personal best by enlisting less fasttwitch muscle fibres and allowing smoother airflow across your torso.
