Reliability Run 21st Feb

Here are some basic details about this weeks reliability run:

Kennoway Road Club Reliability Run starts and finishes at the Village Hall, Dickson Lane in Milton of Balgonie. Sign on from 9.30 am, first run starts at 10am. Runs 67 miles, 34 miles and a MTB ride. Cost £3 or £4

Usually the route is round the coast..there is no mention about different groups for each distance, I guess it will depend on how many people turn up. Wont be there myself but Ally will probably be there.....

Milton-Largo-Colinsburgh-St Andrews-Guardbridge-Tayport-Gauldry-Cupar-Craigrothie-Kennoway and Milton.
1015 38 miles road 2:45-3:15
Milton-Largo-Colinsburgh-Largoward-Pitscottie-Craigrothie-Kennoway and Milton.

Gutted. Working this Sunday. I really enjoyed last weekend's reliability run with Fife Century - until, that is, I somehow found myself doing some work on the front and blowing up after 5 minutes!
